30-Day Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, items must be tried on over your own clothing.
- Items that show signs of wear, makeup, perfume, glitter transfer, or missing embellishments due to mishandling cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- We will send you return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us and we will arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you — replacement or full refund, including shipping.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
